Ms. Joyce E Temu is a co - founder of GSS Company Ltd. She has 25 years’ experience in in managing Microfinance Institution – Small Enterprise Development Agency and Vision Fund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Ltd. Her expertise includes general Microfinance Management, project planning and management, grant management, Human resources management, Organization Development and corporate governance. She also has skills in microfinance lending methodologies such as group and individual lending, SMEs, the missing middle lending, and rural financing. She completed her services as the Deputy CEO of Vision Fund Tanzania Microfinance Bank in 2019. Joyce Temu has a Certificate on Strategic Leadership on Inclusive Finance- from Harvard Business School- Boston USA, Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute ESAMI_ Arusha and an Advanced Diploma in Cooperatives from Moshi Cooperative University. As a strategy to minimize costs and ensure growth, the company has a lean management team consisting of one of the directors who is Joyce Ephraim Temu as the Managing Director of the company taking lead in managing the administrative and financial matters of the company. She is supported by two young graduates with experience in respective fields.
