Mrs. Rose A. Mushi co-founder and Director of GSS Company Ltd is a seasoned Manager, Practitioner and consultant of Agriculture and Rural Development Programs in the East Africa Region. Passionately driven to translate her thirty years of experience into tangible solutions that will develop the agricultural sector and generate the incomes and employment desperately needed by majority. Has more than thirty years of experience in gender sensitive planning, designing, managing, monitoring and evaluation of the programs at both macro/ sectoral policy level as well as Micro/ Agribusiness firm level. Experience drawn from Public Sector National Bilateral and Multilateral Development Institutions as well as the private sector both for profit as well as the for no-profit organizations, Faith based Organizations and Civil Society Institutions. Mrs Rose Mushi has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of New England New South Wales Australia and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of Dar-es-salaam Faculty of Agriculture Morogoro Tanzania – currently the faculty is a fully fledge University College of Sokoine (SUA).The consulting operations of GSS are managed by Director Rose A Mushi as the lead consultant who has been in the development consulting field in Tanzania for the last twenty-five years. The company operational strategy is to opt for consultants as associates as and when the need arises.
